Winzio Terms & Conditions — Know it, understand it, play safe

Welcome to Winzio. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the winzio.asia website and its associated mobile application. Winzio is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform.

Winzio supports the popular mobile banking methods available in Bangladesh. The deposit rules are outlined below.

• Deposited funds are for use on betting and games only.
• Payments made in a third party's name are strictly prohibited. The deposit source and account name must match.
• If a deposit fails for any reason, the refund process will be initiated by the payment provider.
• Winzio reserves the right to verify the source of any deposit.

Winzio processes withdrawals as quickly as possible. That said, certain rules must be followed — they are in place to protect both parties.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method that was used for the deposit — up to a specified limit.

• Bank transfers may take 1–2 business days.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled — except where the cash-out feature is available.
• Betting markets and odds are set by Winzio and are subject to change at any time.
• If a match is abandoned or cancelled, the full stake is generally refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Winzio reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• The maximum bet per match is determined by the specific match and market.
• In live betting, odds can change at any moment — the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed will be the ones that apply.

Winzio reserves the right to void any bets and associated winnings if a member attempts to gain an unfair advantage through multiple accounts or any other dishonest means.

Winzio regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms. The general bonus rules are outlined below.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit exclusively.
• Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. Typically, the wagering requirement is 5–20x the bonus amount.
• Winnings from bets placed with bonus funds can only be withdrawn as real money after the wagering requirements have been met.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. If the wagering requirement is not met within that period, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Claiming the same bonus more than once by the same person or household is not permitted.
• Winzio reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.

• Deposit Limit: Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits can be set.

• If a technical system error is exploited to gain an unfair advantage.
• If the member is confirmed to be under 18 years of age.
• If KYC verification is refused or fraudulent documents are submitted.

Winzio may update these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Advance notice of any changes will be sent to your registered email address. The date of the most recent update will always be shown on the page.

Continued use of the platform after updated Terms and Conditions take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

• Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Winzio's registered jurisdiction.
• If any clause is found to be unenforceable, the remaining Terms & Conditions will continue to apply in full.
• The Bengali version of these Terms and Conditions shall be considered the authoritative text.
